Personal details, email addresses, and manuscript files are gathered exclusively for manuscript review, editorial correspondence, and project updates related to VISION: Exodus. We respect the intimate nature of personal migration stories and enforce strict internal confidentiality across our editorial collective spanning Spain, Mexico, Venezuela, and the United States.
Submitted manuscripts and personal information are treated as confidential and are never sold or rented. To receive and organize submissions, we use trusted service providers: Tally for the submission form, Google Sheets for editorial review, and Hostinger for website hosting. Campaign updates are shared through Kickstarter. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Stories are published on our website or in the book only with the author's consent. Authors and subscribers can request access to, or complete deletion of, their records at any time by writing to contact@visionexodus.org.
